POLICY & PROCEDURES

MAKEUP SERVICES: If you decide to cancel your appointment, you will lose your deposit. You will have to pay another deposit if you’d like to reschedule. All deposits are Non-refundable. I do travel for Makeup Services, additional fees do apply when booking

PAINT & SIP PARTIES: Once you have booked your paint party with a deposit, if you decide to cancel your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. PLEASE INFORM YOUR GUESTS THAT THERE PAYMENT FOR YOUR PARTY SCHEDULED IS NON-REFUNDABLE. IF YOU DECIDE TO RESCHEDULE YOUR PAINT PARTY, YOU MUST RESCHEDULE THE DATE WITHIN A 2-WEEK TIME FRAME IN ORDER FOR YOUR DEPOSIT TO BE HONORED(MUST BE APPROVED BY POSITIVE VIBES NOLA) NO EXCEPTIONS.

PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES: Once you have booked your Photoshoot, Wedding, and/or Event with Positive Vibes Nola your DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. If you would like to reschedule your appointment, your deposit will be valid for 2 weeks only.

No refunds will be given on any service or event booked with Positive Vibes Nola Unless canceled by Positive Vibes Nola.
